Located in the historic 1.7-million-square-foot office park, Spec Places at Boca Raton Innovation Campus leads the market in its offering, delivering premium spec suites within the most amenitized building in South Florida.

What began as an outpost for IBM's Research and Development and became the birthplace of the personal computer is now a state-of-the-art, accessible three- and one-story office park that is a magnet for forward thinkers in technology and life sciences. BRiC’s infrastructure is designed to withstand a Category 5 hurricane with a 10 MW generator plant that can keep the entire campus running for up to two weeks.

Campus amenities include two coffee shops with adjacent outdoor seating, multiple green spaces and walking trails, a 7,000-square-foot-fitness club, six event and meeting spaces seating up to 1,000 with board rooms, catering kitchen, and private restrooms, an expansive courtyard offering mid-day breaks, lunch meetings, and event space accommodating more than 500, an autonomous grab-and-go, and more.

Learn more about the costs, terms, and conditions of leasing office space, the type of environment, and the level of support you can expect.

  • Monday-Friday 7:00am–7:00pm

    Tenants have access 24/7

  • Spec suites range from 1,500-5,000 SF

  • The campus conference center and additional event spaces are available at an additional cost.

  • Adjacent to Tri-Rail station with a dedicated shuttle with 12 stops on campus.

  • Noise levels are expected to be reasonable, as our spaces are designed with a professional work environment in mind.

  • Each space has its own kitchen and break room. Additional in building amenities include showers in the building’s fitness center locker rooms.

  • Utilities, janitorial, maintenance, tenant services, and other CP Group-provided property management services.

  • Our onsite property management team at CP Group will facilitate the moving process. Access to the loading docks and freight elevator will be provided as needed.
