Learn more about the costs, terms, and conditions of leasing office space, the type of environment, and the level of support you can expect.

  • 3–5+ years

  • 8:30am–5pm Mon–Fri; Tenants will have access 24/7

  • Move-in ready spec suites range from 2,328 to 5,548 RSF.

  • There is no charge for use of the amenity floor including conference rooms, fitness center, and tenant lounge. Internet cabling/service to be provided by the tenant.

  • With direct access to HOV I-270 ramp and I-495, the campus offers comfortable commutes to downtown and transportation hubs.

  • Utilities, janitorial, maintenance, tenant services, and other CP Group-provided property management services.

  • Noise levels are expected to be reasonable, as our spaces are designed with a professional work environment in mind.

  • Each space has its own break room. Additional in-building amenities include showers in the building’s fitness center.

  • Our onsite property management team at CP Group will facilitate the moving process. Access to the loading docs and freight elevator will be provided as needed.
