FAQS ABOUT SPEC PLACES AT One Overton

Learn more about the costs, terms, and conditions of leasing office space, the type of environment, and the level of support you can expect.

  • 3 – 5 years

  • Monday-Friday 7:00am–6:00pm

    Saturday 8:00am–1:00pm

  • There is no fee for amenity use, including wellness room (located in the conference center), fitness center, locker rooms with showers and day-use lockers, as well as conference center (though cleaning fee may apply for catered events as needed).

  • One Overton is conveniently located at the southeast corner of I-75 and I-285. A tenant shuttle stops at the adjacent Akers Mill Square and Cumberland Mall as well as Truist Park (M, W, F; 11am to 2pm).

  • Noise levels are expected to be reasonable, as our spaces are designed with a professional work environment in mind.

  • Each space has its break room and kitchen. Additional in-building amenities include showers and lockers in the building’s fitness center, on-site cafe, and flexible conference center.

  • Utilities, janitorial, maintenance, tenant services, and other CP Group-provided property management services.

  • Our onsite property management team at CP Group facilitates the moving process. Access to the loading docks and freight elevator are provided as needed.
